Preschool Party

I was able to attend Jayce's Halloween preschool party because I helped out with the festivities (Jayce was thrilled -- I think he wants me in preschool everyday -- finally, no drama!).

Here are his preschool pals gutting the pumpkin. I got to witness how they fight over who gets to sit by Jayce (a typical occurrence, I guess). He just takes it in stride, like it's no big deal that he's the center of attention. Honestly, he's going to be such a ladies' man. I'm a little worried. Those guys were always so slick -- I came across a few in my day.

After a quick touch of the slime, Jayce couldn't bear to pull out the pumpkin seeds. He's very concerned about messy hands -- which, frankly, seems a little odd for a boy. ;)

I think this was taken while I was reading the class a story. They look so engrossed with my impressive narrative.

Alyssa got to join the fun as well . . . they were painting pumpkins. The best part? No messes at my house! Sorry, Pirate Natalie.

What a fun preschool! That's cute how the girls were after Jayce! I can relate to the "no slime" thing. Justin wouldn't gut his pumpkin this year either. Better luck next year, huh?
