Anyway, here's a recap of a few of our activites:
Memorial Day fireworks at Southern Highlands . . . a can't-miss activity. We were fortunate to hang out with the Yeates family. Jayce has such fun with Jackson!

Alyssa doesn't understand the head band concept. She prefers wearing it in unconventional ways.
Jayce and Jackson were mesmerized. Fireworks are cool! Alyssa repeated her same reaction from last year -- covering her eyes and balking at the noise.
My kids love the trampoline! Thanks to grandma and grandpa for providing such a fun backyard!

Of course, what summer would be complete without art projects that turn into disasters? This was very worth the mess!

Jayce's first camping trip with the ward at Fathers' and Sons'. He discovered his love for the desert as he witnessed lizards and snakes. He informed me that he never wants to camp where trees are . . . he prefers the dirt and sage.
Seriously, summer is gone? Yet here I am, frantically trying to document it. More catch-up posts to come.

Love the pictures. I think your children are so beautiful and am so excited to meet baby #3. Be patient and compassionate with yourself, you are seriously growing a person. Thanks for the updates. So glad we are friends.
Where did the summer go? As much as I have loved it we are back and can see friends again! Glad you had a fun summer with those cute kids!

You have had such a busy, fun summer! Your kids look so happy! (despite that HEAT!) I often think of you and how cool that you have a pool in your backyard. Our garden hose will have to suffice for now...

Ahh the fireworks- Kaitlyn does the same thing- covers eyes and cries.
