A tale of Two Pumpkin Patches

Okay, so we can't get enough. I've combined random photos from our various Pumpkin Patch trips. And, guess what? We're going again tomorrow. We're experts!

This is the final shot of our most recent trip -- Jayce was smiling despite his newly-acquired mutliple bruises (forehead, knee, and elbow). He was skipping and Alyssa accidentally tripped him and he hit the road hard. Poor kid! His wounds were pretty brutal. Right after this train ride we went home. As he quietly sobbed in the van, he said, "I hope my baby brother never gets hurt like this." He was still looking out for Baby Ty -- he continues to be the doting brother.

Everyone comments on Alyssa's red hair. To me, I'm always preplexed by that description. Lisa -- me -- is more of a red head. I see her as having brown hair with a tinge of reddish highlights. In this sun shot, however, it does look more red.

Jayce with his buddy, Jaden.

Here's Alyssa nervously gearing up for a ride. As soon as the ride started, her nerves were replaced by guffaws. She loved every minute!

Here's Jayce with Jaden and Rylan. We're sad that Rylan moved (only across town -- but still!), but we're glad she came to visit us that day.

And here's Jayce's other pal, Jackson. We're so lucky to have good friends!
.

Jayce was blowing me kisses while riding the swings. It's nice to be loved!

Posing, not very happily, at the request of Mom.

Alyssa's turn! She seems so old in this shot.
.
By the way, everyone move to Vegas right now. The weather couldn't be more perfect!

Holy Pumpkins Batman!!! Those were some good size pumpkins!! I forget what warm weather you have there in vegas. Watching your kids in shorts and tees threw me off.

Hope you and that new baby are doing well!!!
