Recent Mysteries . . .

I have been so out of the blogging loop, lately. So, in an effort to do some sort of update, I will reveal some random musings of mine:

How on earth did I get a Yoplait Strawbery Yogurt in Blackberry Harvest packaging? I was so thrown the other night during my midnight snack. Seriously, does that ever happen? I should sue Yoplait for emotional distress (the extra cash might be fun :) ).

Why is it that the more love, care, and effort I put into a meal, the more likely my kids will hate it?

Why do I insist on staying up past midnight despite the fact I am so tired? I cherish my alone time, but this constant fatigue is getting ridiculous!

Why can't I come up with creative, fun blog entries?

That yogurt story is crazy! I would totally call up Yoplait!
And yes, it is a cosmic truth that the longer you spend on a meal, the less likely kids are to eat it. I can't wait until my children exlaim "Mushroom risotto- awesome! Thanks, Mom!" (yes, I may be delusional)

I love randomness. Feeding children just stinks, and I sound like my Mother all the time. Thats maybe worse... dunno. Blog entries dont have to be fun, they are personal... so the personal stuff flow.

Agree with BOTH your stories! That is a crazy yogurt story. My kids eat cereal for dinner most nights. I don't even dish them up a plate anymore. They sometimes have cereal for lunch too. They hav cereal for breakfast most time so it would be safe to say they live off cereal! Good luck on your dinners.

I can't believe that about the yogurt. So weird. I remember Philip telling me that he one time he opened one of those mini bags of potato chips and there was only one chip in it! (I always tell that story; it must have made a big impression on me or something.) I am always planning to write to the company about stuff like that (thinking they'll give me a coupon or something) but then I never actually get around to it. :)

I always like reading your blog. I don't care WHAT you post, it's just nice to be in touch and hear what you're thinking about.

I am allergic to strawberries. Bad enough that it can/could kill me. I have to carry an epipen and everything. I would have considered legal action because I would have had to call 911. Hey on another note. We are coming with Tim to a conference in Vegas in Feb. It would be great to arrange a visit!!

I'm a midnight snack girl, too! That yogurt switcheroo would have given me a good laugh in the middle of the night! Funny!
